He isn't even going to bother taking the belt out of the beltloops. All he wants is those pants off, and he's yanking the zipper down the moment he gets that belt undone, letting out a hiss of relief once he's freed from their confines. It's far from the most elegant removal of trousers ever, but it does the job and gets them off and then he's kicking them (and his shoes) somewhere off to the side.
