In addition to an inventory of weapons and ammunition, I'm making a filter for those who can fight even with the power cap. There's likely to be an uprising of some sort if this supply shortage continues long enough-- we'll need people who can subdue it even with powers dampened.

You'll want to talk to Fujiko anyway. She's far more talented than she lets on, and has helped me in many, many tense situations. If you need someone for deep cover work, she's one of your best options right now.

I use a Tri-nunchaku.... a kind of melee weapon. I'm more suited to close or medium range combat. I rarely rely on magic, so this won't be affecting how I fight much.

They're dumping about 300 new people into an enclosed area with limited supplies. A situation like that is a breeding ground for riots once food starts getting scarce. We'll need people who won't be affected by the power cap to help subdue the uprisings when they occur-- it's just a matter of time before it happens.

Although if you look for scientists they might be able to rig something up. Do not allow Lupin to, but you can ask him to have his friends help. Lupin himself can only make explosions, and if he says otherwise, he's lying.
