Hunting should be carried out through other means whenever possible as a result. Use traps or a bow and arrow if necessary, just don't waste ammunition.

Additionally, if you're capable of fighting without being hindered by the power cap, report to me as well. Your skills may be needed before this is over.

They're dumping about 300 new people into an enclosed area with limited supplies. A situation like that is a breeding ground for riots once food starts getting scarce. We'll need people who won't be affected by the power cap to help subdue the uprisings when they occur-- it's just a matter of time before it happens.

I've got nothing for the Rogues, but I'm fine with telling you who's available to settle things down in my guild.
