Residents of Luceti: my name is Gai Tsutsugami. In light of our current situation, I'm doing an inventory of the ammunition and firearms in our enclosure. If you have either of those in your possession, report the type and amount to me. The less ammunition we use, the better, as we aren't likely to get much more until things clear up. Hunting should be carried out through other means whenever possible as a result. Use traps or a bow and arrow if necessary, just don't waste ammunition.

Additionally, if you're capable of fighting without being hindered by the power cap, report to me as well. Your skills may be needed before this is over.

Arsene Lupin III. This is filtered because I don't like revealing my stock in general.

I have two weapons--A Walther P-38 that uses a ten-shot magazine of .9-mills. Semi-auto. I'm down to eight in my piece, and I have a spare. It doesn't get fired often. It's my personal weapon--it's also a decommissioned military sidearm if you were curious.

My other is a gift from a friend. It's a Bryar pistol, but it doesn't use slugs. Standard shot, but with an automatic option. You don't need to worry about it in your notes. I'm going to be using it more often here because it...the best description is that it shoots lasers, and it has a lot more shots to it.

...I'd offer my skills as a gunman, but I've been ill. My dominant arm was also injured recently and, while I'm a fair off-hand shot, it's not near the same.

I'm down at the farm, and I am keeping an eye on the journals for intel. Do you want to be on my filter in case of an emergency?

Oh? That makes two of us-- my own weapon is a Walther P-38 as well. The missions have depleted my ammunition, however. I'm down to a magazine and a half right now, and I don't plan on using any bullets that I don't need to. But that laser pistol of yours might be useful. How powerful is the beam, and what sort of range?

As for the filter, that's a yes. Pass along anything you learn. I'll be setting up a filter of my own for the combatants who can fight without powers just in case we need to mobilize a force for any reason.

Hah~ I ran out of ammo myself on a mission, but I was fortunate to be on one that had ample supplies. I lifted my reloads with no problem. My Bryar isn't quite a laser pistol, but it's from a world that has a much higher standard of technology than my own. It can be used to stun targets or fatally shoot them, depending on the setting, and it has fairly standard range for a sidearm.

Thanks for the assist on the filter. It's good to know who's available to mobilize quickly. If you're looking for someone in the village who can be of great assistance, you should keep your eyes peeled for Mine Fujiko. She's similarly unhindered by the barrier, and she's a lot more heavily armed than I am.

Keep it set on stun for the time being. The inhabitants don't need to know what setting it's on; if they think it's a deadly weapon, they'll behave accordingly. It's the best way to conserve ammunition.

That was the plan anyway, though I make no guarantees if we can't contain them. It's better to make friends, but we also should protect our own. If anyone has to die, I'd rather it not be someone from our bubble.

You'll want to talk to Fujiko anyway. She's far more talented than she lets on, and has helped me in many, many tense situations. If you need someone for deep cover work, she's one of your best options right now.
