If you have either of those in your possession, report the type and amount to me. The less ammunition we use, the better, as we aren't likely to get much more until things clear up. Hunting should be carried out through other means whenever possible as a result. Use traps or a bow and arrow if necessary, just don't waste ammunition.

Additionally, if you're capable of fighting without being hindered by the power cap, report to me as well. Your skills may be needed before this is over.

I only have 9mm rounds for my own weapon. I haven't seen any .45s in the stores, but I haven't been looking for them either. I use a Walther P38 here since the Malnosso haven't seen fit to allow me any more firepower just yet. From the sound of things, I haven't been looking hard enough.

In addition to an inventory of weapons and ammunition, I'm making a filter for those who can fight even with the power cap. There's likely to be an uprising of some sort if this supply shortage continues long enough-- we'll need people who can subdue it even with powers dampened.

Although if you look for scientists they might be able to rig something up. Do not allow Lupin to, but you can ask him to have his friends help. Lupin himself can only make explosions, and if he says otherwise, he's lying.
